Sofia McGuire is a dynamic marketing professional with a strong foundation in digital strategy, campaign management, and brand development. A recent graduate from Florida International University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Analytics and a Certificate in Marketing Research and Analysis.

Sofia began her career at Harris Media in 2024, where she quickly transitioned from a part-time role into a full-time position upon graduation. Since joining the firm, she has contributed to high-profile political and advocacy campaigns, including the Pentagon Memorial Fund, ISGAP (the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy), and several key races, including a Senate campaign in Maine and a Congressional race in Florida. Most recently, she joined the team working on A Grade Level, a national initiative focused on advancing education equity.

Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, Sofia has been named Employee of the Week multiple times and consistently demonstrates her ability to manage complex tasks under tight deadlines. Prior to Harris Media, she interned with Chartwells Higher Education, where she led marketing audits, developed social media campaigns for audiences of over 10,000 followers, and coordinated campus events for 500+ students.

Outside of work, Sofia enjoys traveling, volleyball, music festivals, and spending time at the beach. She is passionate about impactful storytelling and is driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference through digital media.
