Carrol Marie Rodriguez is a digital media producer and marketing strategist with a passion for crafting content that resonates, inspires, and drives measurable impact. With a background in creative production, content strategy, and social media marketing, Carrol brings a unique blend of storytelling, visual execution, and strategic messaging to every project.

Since joining HM Group in 2023, Carrol has led organic content strategies for clients such as the Texas Association of Health Plans (TAHP), Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, Pentagon Memorial Fund, Let America Build, and At Grade Level.Her work spans the full content lifecycle—from ideation and copywriting to designing graphics and producing videos—ensuring every piece aligns with brand voice and audience intent. She is known for her clear communication, creative direction, and ability to distill complex issues into compelling, accessible content.

Carrol’s expertise in digital media production is rooted in her passion for meaningful storytelling and mission-driven work. Whether she’s developing social media campaigns, building out messaging matrices, or leading content creation efforts, she brings vision, intentionality, and excellence to the table.

Outside of work, Carrol is a leader at her United Pentecostal Church, where she actively contributes to outreach, Bible study, discipleship, and serves on both the worship team and media team. Carrol enjoys spending quality time with her church community, family, and close friends.
