Harris Media is seeking a Senior Account Executive with strong digital advertising experience and proven success in client-facing roles to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (both written and spoken), have a background in political campaigning, and be willing to commute to downtown Miami three days a week. Our team works a hybrid schedule M-W in our Downtown Miami office and Th-F remote.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead and execute digital strategies for a diverse range of advocacy, campaign, corporate, and public affairs clients, primarily within conservative industries. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, paid media strategy, and online fundraising, along with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies for social media content, online advertising, email fundraising, and political website trends.
- Manage high-budget digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and programmatic networks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for mid- and senior-level clients, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate professionally to deliver client presentations, write reports, and draft high-quality content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, videographers, developers) to ensure client goals are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and political developments to proactively adjust client strategies.
- Advocate for and manage large advertising budgets for high-profile projects.
- Maintain flexibility with work hours to accommodate political events (primaries, elections, debates, rallies).
- Lead client strategy meetings, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in digital advertising, online marketing, or political campaigns.
- Direct experience managing online ad campaigns, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Client-facing experience is a must—you should be comfortable leading client meetings, presenting reports, and acting as a strategic consultant.
- Fluent, professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong writing ability for both short-form social media content and long-form email fundraising campaigns.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects across different industries and clients.
- Must be willing to commute to downtown Miami at least three days a week.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on Republican or conservative political campaigns, advocacy, or think tanks.
- Previous media buying or advertising strategy experience.
- Graphic design or content creation experience.
Salary: $55,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
